Start with a buyer question
SkuWatch AI Visibility Agent checks a saved buyer question against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude in one run. The question retains its version, market, and observation time so a later run can be interpreted against the same test.
The built-in question library covers discovery, recommendation, comparison, brand review, use case, budget, gift, and transactional intent. Editing a question creates a new version instead of silently changing historical evidence.
What a completed check records
- Requested, Queued, Checking AI, and Results ready job states;
- success, failure, or exclusion for each provider;
- the raw successful answer and cited URLs;
- recognized brands, products, merchants, and competitors;
- whether evidence matched a merchant domain, brand, product, or inferred identity;
- the buyer question, market, and observation time.
A provider failure or timeout is not converted into “your store was not recommended.” No simulated answer is inserted when a provider is unavailable.
Manual and scheduled checks
Free includes manual checking. Pro can enable a weekly portfolio run. Growth can enable a daily portfolio run. A schedule runs only after the merchant activates it, and each portfolio run checks the enabled buyer questions.
