To help us investigate efficiently, include:
- your Shopify store name;
- the page or action you were using;
- the approximate date and time of the issue;
- the error message or a screenshot, if one appeared;
- the AI assistant involved, when the question concerns an AI Visibility check.
Never email passwords, Shopify access tokens, AI API keys, payment-card information, or customer personal data.
